Procrastination

I speak for the good not for the bad.
You have to overcome the bad feelings and simply do what You have to do for the day.
That is not hard. Select one topic, one chapter, one section and just go through it
for the day or for 2-3 hours, take a break and then move on to the other
topic/piece/section. That is how I plan to do it and most people in their
articles would say as well. When you procrastinate the thing that triggers
it is how you view your work as one big thing, one complicated thing.
Don’t view it as one complicated thing but a block that is build up of tiny pieces.
I cannot see how doing something piece by piece is hard.
Stop seeing it as a whole and do it piece by piece and you will be fine.
Procrastination problem solved if you do this everyday.
No need to read all sorts of books and articles just to do your work
because that would ironically be procrastinating still.
You seriously cannot procrastinate on the job when you leave college
so don’t train yourself anymore to be lazy/indifferent.
Train yourself to be hardworking and efficient. Tell yourself that it is possible
to overcome procrastination and to make the best usage of your time and just do it.
This don’t mean you are gonna go to the extreme in everything but it simply
means doing what you have to do to the best of your ability
without being half-assed about it. No excuses no need for anxiety
no negative thoughts, no laziness. Learn to love your work and laziness
and the feelings of unwillingness will not be a problem.
After all you are doing this for yourself not for other people.
Improve yourself by doing the hard work. Believe in yourself and in your own
potential to succeed at anything that you do.b Beliefs are powerful.
They can do good and evil. You can believe you are a failure and you
fulfill that prophecy through believing it and modifying your
behaviour to one of a loser or you can believe the opposite,
believe that you have what it takes to succeed and
even if you dont you eventually will through
learning how to be patient, consistent, humble, good attitude,
have a realistic view of things and building a strong work ethic.
